1. What is the Purchase Flow

Navigate to product pages and select buy now option. Then move to cart page where all information about cart is stated. Click Checkout. Next step is about filling out shipping information and making payment.

Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation mail on your email id and as sms. Tracking number will be shared as soon as package is shipped.

For COD orders, our executives will call you to confirm your order. so request you to pickup the call.

2. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

3. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It will usually take 5-7 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

4. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 1-2 business days.

5. Where can I place an order from?

You can place an order from India only, currently we aren't serving Worldwide.

6. Is shipping really FREE?

Yes, it is.

7. Where is your company located?

We have an office in India & Canada; Supply warehouses in the India; High-Quality vendor contacts in India.

8. Which currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in INR. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using INR at the most current exchange rate.

9. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

12. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

We do not sell any customer information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

13. What if i received wrong product ?

We request you to kindly do unboxing of any product you receive and let us know immediately via mail with complete details, product images and unboxing video so we can escalate it to our concern department for approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You(customer) will need to pay for the shipping charges.
